Voting Rules

1) Only ONE entry will be accepted per person.

2) The BBC reserves the right to use data analysis to determine duplicate or fraudulent voting and discard such votes from the final totals.

3) All information recorded during the course of the vote will be deleted within 7 days or the vote finishing. No user information will be passed on.

4) Voting finishes on 12pm on 23rd November 2002. Award winners will be announced on the night of 29th September. The fansite winner will be contacted before then.

5) The site Editor's decision on all aspects of voting is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6) The winners will be determined by the highest number of legitimate votes made via website voting, phone voting, postal voting and SMS.

7)The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to internet, telephone or postal service failure. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

8 ) The BBC reserves the right to cancel the voting, or any individual aspect of the voting at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

9) Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them by entering a vote.
