Will at Novello’s – the awards ceremony for songwriters

While supposed to be on a Ciggy break ... Pop Idol Will Young was spotted having a sly fag with three-times winner Cathy Dennis.

Meanwhile Will was keeping tight-lipped about his work with CATHY DENNIS who is writing a duet for him with a mystery singer.

Will said: “I’m not saying anything. It’s Cathy’s day.”

His manager Simon Fuller was so protective of Will he insisted on accompanying him to the toilets so reporters couldn’t pester him.
