Will Young looks set to take part in a special edition of Pop Idol involving
winners from different countries competing against each other.
Will's manager Simon Fuller, who came up with the idea for Pop Idol, says he's
planning to launch World Idol.
He hopes the show will have enable viewers from around the world to vote for
their favourite.
"We'll work the voting system so that the population of the country will
be fair and proportional to the votes the contestants receive," Fuller
tells Billboard.
Pop Idol has already been a huge hit in the UK, Poland, and South Africa.
The show will expand to Germany and France by the end of the year says Fuller.
